The Riverbank Practice Patient Participation Group (RPPPG) has been set up to aid communication between patients and the management of the Riverbank Practice. The main aim is to build a positive relationship between patients and the practice.
It must be stressed that this will not be a forum for personal complaints nor the discussion of individual medical problems. There are already well recognised procedures in place for these.
To be successful it is important that the views of patients are known. Knowledge of patients’ opinions will be vital to the success of the RPPPG. This information will help to give patients a greater engagement with the Practice ensuring their needs are considered in the overall management and running of the Practice. There may be opportunities to develop new and to improve existing services and practices dependant on the feedback received.
The RPPPG hope to develop a positive and constructive relationship with the Riverbank Practice. If you have any concerns regarding the Practice and the way it operates, or have any suggestions for improvement, please contact any group member. A list of RPPPG members and how to contact them is on the notice board in the waiting room. The notice board will be regularly updated with the latest news about the RPPPG and the work of the group.
